The service is available to adults and children with long-term disabilities (lasting over six months) who are registered with a Greenwich GP. You’ll need a referral from your doctor or another healthcare professional, such as an occupational therapist or physiotherapist. If you’re already registered, you can contact us directly without a new referral.

All referrals are looked at by our therapy team, and prioritised. A member of our team will contact you to find out more about you and your mobility needs, and to check if you meet the criteria.

You may require a face-to-face assessment; this may be in our clinic, or in your own home or school. At this appointment we will discuss what equipment you might need, trial some equipment and agree what we can provide that will meet your mobility needs (plus any other postural and pressure care items).
